Reasoning my behavioural display, suggesting possible ways to deal with, etc. for which I was satisfied that the treatment is leading somewhere as I was clueless before. Understanding my personality and thereby suggesting ways to get out of my issues.This helps. It does take efforts and time, we have to understand that. But it helps you lead somewhere better.
